HOW DOES PREORDERING WORKS?

When you place a preorder, we use those funds towards our production costs. Being that we are a small business and we work on constant lean budget. When we are able to crowdfund capital, this enables us to gauge how many units to produce as our goal is to cut down waste and overproducing. With preordering, you do get a special early bird discount as an incentive.

SHOPPAY/ AFFIRM CHECKOUT

Any preorder items purchased using Affirm as payment method will be automatically canceled. At this moment in time, we have an agreement with Affirm that items must be shipped within select timeframe of 2 weeks once an order is placed. Due to our preorder will go beyond this threshold on fulfillment. We unable to take preorders using Affirm. You can still use other available methods of payment during checkout.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?

Sometimes, we understand that you might have a change of heart and mind. Send us an email and we can take care of the cancelation for you. You have 48 hours after the placing of an order to cancel. We can not offer or honor cancelations after this time period as we adhere to strict production timelines and dependent on using the preorder funds to secure overall production cost.

IS MY PREORDER RETURNABLE?

The answer is yes. You can request a return on preorder item after receiving it in shipment.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO GET MY ORDER?

We allow and project two months for production and one month for logistics freight import/export. This all varies on the workload and schedule with our factory. Slight changes and modifications can arise but we will be sure to share updates to our clients as this comes about.

CHANGE OF SHIPPING ADDRESS?

If you have moved since the last time you placed the preorder, do send us an email and we can be sure to update your preferred shipping address on your order.

PROJECT TIMELINE  

July 2022 - Crowdfunding preorders for the entire month.

July 2022 - Production starts.

July 2022 - Production ends.

August 2022 - Receive shipment and begin shipping out orders.

RISKS & CHALLENGES

Leather

The line is made from genuine leather. Each piece has it's own kind of texture and unique characteristics in the grain. Slight variations are going to be seen on some of them.

Color

The dye used in treating the leather is saturated in bold and even pigments.

Treatment

All of the hides are colored and conditioned, sealed for long lasting wear. If for some reason your item catches a stain or spill, gently rub the area with soft damp rag. Make sure to go light and in circular motions to preserve the leather.

Delivery

As you can see, all of our pieces are handcrafted overseas in small batches. Each piece goes through several steps in order completing an individual piece. Our factory takes time to produce quality pieces for us. We are aiming to get your preorders to you by May 2019 if not sooner, but in the case of production delays, some items may be a little late.
